Assembly line - gradual insertion

The double line consists of two mirror-mounted assembly lines - left and right.

On the assembly lines, parts of the stator winding are gradually inserted on special pads at seven workplaces. To ensure suitable ergonomics at work, the operator will raise the pad to a suitable working height at each workplace. These special washers also allow the stator package to rotate.

The basic building block in both parts of the assembly lines are roller conveyors, which are placed both firmly to the floor and on the lifts, and also on the return transport trolley for the return of empty pads to the beginning of each part of the line.


The whole line is composed of the following devices:

• 2 x 8 pcs fixed roller conveyor,
• 2 x 7 pcs roller conveyor on lift,
• 2 x 2 pcs cross transition,
• 1 x roller conveyor on a transport trolley,
• 1 x running track 20 m,
• 2 x fencing.
